Brilliant place for exploring Juan-les-Pins. The bed was comfortable, we liked it and slept well. Not to mention WiFi that was a bonus.
-
It was worth its 4 stars. Really loved almost everything, including location and service, they were perfect. All staff were LOYAL.
-
my wife & I thought the staff were most helpfull & very efficient
We found the bathroom very small especially the basin
-
The prices were horrific. 9 Euros for a dish of Chips (not a plate) ? 13.5 Euros for a large Heinekin. No one was eating or drinking at the pool area. We bought in our own drinks and food from the local shop. When we arrived it was extras to sit at the pool and have a sunbed and towel. It was even more expensive to go to the beach they had, and that had to be reserved 24 hours in advance. Absolute rip off and the web site mentions nothing about this. The most uncomfortable bed I have every slept in. Noisy hotel of doors slamming, work in the Hotel. Bouncers/security staff on the Hotel Door !! Bouncers/security dressed in suits at the pool side all day, made you feel something was or could happen. Pool staff totally unpleasant. Receptionist just could not give a dam about our frustration at having to pay extras for sunbeds and the beach.

Location
Very expensive, 15 euros per person to rent a sunbed with the pool.25 euros pr person pr nigth for breakfast, and it wasnt any good. Bad service in the reception...
-
Its next to a major building site. It is on a skeleton staff. The breakfast is 25 euros for a cold bufet etc etc etc
-
Rooms lovely and modern Staff very helpful Food in Restaurant good Swimming pool good
The conferences held there seemed to dominate the hotel at times . Persons attending these conferences should not be accommodated in rooms next to tourists as their early morning and late nights caused us disturbances Also there is building work next door programmed for the next 2 years which can impact on anyway given a room at the front of the Hotel.
-
The location was fine, the hotel was spotless and the pool was well maintained albeit it was being drains on the day we left without any notification!
The staff were rather begrudging and a little impersonal.I was told to leave the pool area by a very officious man at 8pm despite the fact that the hotel directory clearly stated 9pm.The restaurant prices were astronomical breakfast for 25 euro was madness given that even in a smart cafe/restaurant in Antibes,Juan les puan would be no more than 10 euro!
-
we can not fault this hotel, our room was a classic with pool view the balcony was spacious the room was big enough for the time you spend in it and clean, the staff were nice nothing was to much trouble. The location is excellent, this is my 3rd stay in Juan les Pins I payed a lot more money for the other visits but would return to this hotel again well worth the money
the only thing is the bathroom could have been a bit bigger
-
I didnt like the swimming pool .
-
Location modern uplifting
It is disgusting and unbelievable that at a hotel pool - at these prices - that you had to pay to sit on a modest lawnchair - and pay significantly
-
Architecture & interior design Location The friendly Satff
Toilet area are too tight and not comfortable , shower area needs curtains because it is a mess when taking shower
-
Short walk from the centre. Restaurants, beach, shops, etc. easily accessable.
Luckily we were upgraded to a suite so got value for money although balcony overlooked building work and cranes. However, I understand that the regular rooms are small. Did not like the floor covering in the suite, made it look cheap.
-
Clean, good location (close to the beach), personal is friendly, kitchen is good.
Too noisy, we had the door in the room to our neighbours, we could hear all words, if the Balkony door open, you can hear the road.

I would like too have free breakfast. All hotels in Scandinavia offers that. Even luxury hotels.
